Shipping Policy

  • Our processing time is 3-5 business days, but it also depends on our stock. If you want to double check to see when your order will ship, feel free to contact us with any questions (319) 656-3990, Mon-Sat, 9a-5p CST or info@jkcreativewood.com.
  • We ship using mostly USPS First Class (2-5 business days) + Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Depending on weight + size, we may ship using UPS Ground.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to provide a safe and deliverable address on the order. If a package is returned to us, the sender, due to the failure to provide a deliverable address or a wrong address on the order, second time shipping will be charged to the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse, refund or replace anything stolen.
  • If your package seems to be late or lost in the USPS system, contact your local Post Office by calling their direct line* and visiting your local office to seek further assistance there. We are happy to help in the case of lost mail as well by filing a missing mail claim. Call us at (319) 656-3990, Mon-Sat, 9a-5p CST. * You have to Google this number as the only number that will come up in a search is the generic 1-800 number that will put you on hold for hours.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • If there is any flaw in our product–shipping damage, damage at all–contact us. We will do our best to assess the damage and either refund or replace the item.
  • If an item is unwanted or not needed anymore, we have a 25% restocking fee. In this case, cost of shipping the item back to us, will not be reimbursed. Once the returned item is received, we will proceed with reimbursement. If any damage is caused to the product in return shipment due to failure of packing, partial or no refund will be given.
  • Because handmade pottery is more fragile and prone to breaking in return shipping, we cannot accept returns for any pottery.

  • Our listing pictures are examples of our products. In other words, you will not receive the exact replica of those listed. Reach out via the below email contact form to see pictures of our current stock.
